Notice of Rent Increase

Complete a Notice of Rent Increase form to let your tenants know that you are increasing the rent. Some states mandate that you give a 60-day notice of rent increase. But, even if your state doesn't, it's a good idea to give your tenants at least 60 days notice before increasing the rent.
